Lucky & Friends treats are created in a facility in Salt Lake City, Utah that we own and operate. We eliminate the middle man and pass the savings on to you. Nearly every other pet food company is a marketing company. These companies typically just talk about nutrition and their superior manufacturing techniques but don’t actually know how to make anything. They rely on an outsourced third party company to actually make their food. Usually these manufacturing companies are the same old companies that make food for the decades old established national brands.

Yes, this is completely normal. Your dog is now getting extra hydration because you are adding water to their Lucky & Friends Entrees.

This is completely normal. Because your dog is receiving quality whole food calories they are using most of the nutrients they are eating. Your dog is not getting any fillers or low nutrient rich calories resulting in less waste.

Healthy poop should be solid and brown in color. You should easily be able to pick up poop with a plastic bag

Lucky & Friends tastes so good to dogs they literally eat it too fast. The faster they eat the food the less they have chewed their food resulting in some food being undigested. That is why we recommend for all dogs the use of a slow feeder.

It is better to use Lucky & Friends entrees as a topper than not at all. However, your dog will not get all the health benefits that they would get on a 100% Lucky & Friends diet. That said using a topper is better than not using at all.

Lucky & Friends products have a low carbon footprint. Because our products are 100% freeze dried means that there is no need for refrigeration,  or weekly deliveries. Our monthly subscribers normally receive one or 2 resealable bags of Lucky & Friends. This is a tremendous savings of packaging compared to fresh and raw dog food companies that literally use a separate plastic bag for each of your dog’s meals.
